These are films where someone's entire body is inside a toilet - not just the room or cubicle, the actual water or hole or pit or wherever the excrement ends up.
The films "Schindler's List" and "Slumdog Millionaire" each include a scene with a person in an outhouse pit covered with excrement, and both films won an Oscar, a Golden Globe, and a BAFTA award for best picture of the year. Coincidence? Maybe not.

A junky jumps into a toilet bowl and swims around trying to find the drugs he dropped in the bowl.
- Schindler's List (1993)
A boy climbs down into an outhouse excrement pit to hide himself.
- Slumdog Millionaire (2008)
A little boy is locked in an outhouse so he slides down the seat hole and escapes through a giant pool full of excrement then runs naked covered in it to get an autograph from his movie idol.
- Headhunters (2011)
A man lowers himself down the outhouse seat hole into a pool of excrement where he is completely submerged breathing through a cardboard toilet paper roll, in order to hide from a man with a dog who is hunting for him.
- Black Cat, White Cat (1998)
People play a trick on a man to make him fall into an outhouse pit full of excrement.
- Coup de Torchon (1981)
Outhouses nearby stink up his home so the town policeman partially saws the floorboards of one of the outhouses so the next morning the owner of the outhouses falls into the excrement. He gets so angry that he orders them to be removed. Mission accomplished.
- Zootopia (2016)
Judy Hopps the bunny cop and Nick Wilde the fox escape by flushing themselves down a toilet.
- Flushed Away (2006)
An upper class rat is flushed down a toilet and ends up in a poor part of town where he has to learn to survive.
- The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug (2013)
A group of dwarves are smuggled into a house built over a lake by climbing up through the toilet, which empties into the lake.
- Alan Partridge (2013)
Former co-worker Pat wants to shoot him so Alan Partridge tries to escape through the toilet on their bus, but he is trapped in the septic tank. When he and Pat talk we see Andy's face looking up through the toilet seat. He calls his failed escape attempt a "Sh*tshank Redemption," referring to the escape through the prison sewer in the movie Shawshank Redemption. As Pat begins to remove his pants to sit on the toilet and defecate on Andy's face, the bus makes a sharp turn and the septic tank breaks free and falls into the street allowing Andy to escape from Pat after all.
