These movies involve hunting humans for sport with the intention of killing them. They don't include law enforcement manhunts, war, hunting strictly for revenge or profit such as bounty hunting, hunting for cannibalism, psychopathic serial killers, etc.

  1. The Most Dangerous Game (1932)

A madman arranges for ships to be wrecked on his island so he can hunt down and kill the passengers for sport.

  1. The 10th Victim (1965)

In a future non-violent society, a club of bored thrill-seekers organize a game in which humans hunt and kill other humans for sport, which is shown on television. Club members are alternately the hunter and the victim in the games, until they die or survive their tenth hunt, after which they win fame and fortune.

  1. The Naked Prey (1965)

The last surviving member of a hunting party who offended an African tribe is given a chance to survive. He is let loose naked and without weapons, then hunted in the wilderness by the tribe's warriors who try to kill him.

  1. Death Race 2000 (1975)

In a dystopian future, contestants in a cross-country car race hunt for innocent pedestrians to run over and kill in order to win points in the contest.

  1. Logan's Run (1976)

In an idyllic future society inhabitants are killed when they reach the age of 30. Those who try to escape are hunted down and killed by professional killers. This isn't really hunting for exactly, but they do seem to enjoy it.

James bond is hunted by men during a tiger hunt.

  1. Angel of Vengeance (1987)

A woman is given a two hour start before a group of survivalists begin to hunt her down to kill her.

A policeman framed for the mass killing of unarmed civilians escapes from prison but is captured and forced to participate in a government propaganda TV game show called The Running Man, the number one television show in the world. The rules are simple - the unarmed victims try to run away from the Stalkers, bulked-up hunters who try to kill them with chainsaws, flamethrowers, exploding hockey pucks, and other sadistic weapons.

  1. The Hunger Games (2012)

A nationally televised competition selects two teenagers from each of the twelve Districts of the country and forces them to hunt and kill each other until only one survives.

  1. Desierto (2015)

An American vigilante with a rifle and a dog that is trained to kill humans, hunts and kills illegal border crossers along the US Mexican border, just because he likes to do it.

  1. Ready or Not (I) (2019)

A family of devil-worshipers plays a game of hide and seek with the bride of one of their sons on their wedding night. They hunt her with assorted weapons with the intent to capture her then kill her in a ritual sacrifice.

  1. Quintet (1979)

In the remains of a ruined post-apocalyptic ice-age city where the dead are left outside to be eaten by wild dogs and nobody has children anymore or cares about anybody else, the remaining people play a board game called Quintet in which the players' board pieces are "killed" until only one player remains. At a casino, some of the regular players are chosen to play the game for real. They are given a list of names of the other players who they must hunt down kill in order to win the game. There is no prize. They play only for the thrill of it. The game's adjudicator calls Quintet the only expression left of art, philosophy, and all the elements of life, of anything of value.

  1. Kicks (1985 TV Movie)

A rich and crazy game-loving man seduces a thrill-seeking woman with dangerous games that culminate in one last game in which he hunts her with a rifle, just for his own enjoyment, trying to kill her before she completes a task he has given her in the old prison on Alcatraz Island.

  1. Turkey Shoot (1982)

Social deviants in a totalitarian society are sent to a re-education behavior modification camp to make them an asset to society. The guards torture the male and female prisoners, but the camp commander brings in his perverted friends who get their kicks by selecting, hunting, and killing prisoners, who are set free and given a head start but no weapons.

  1. The Hunt (II) (2020)

A group of rich liberal elitists joke in a group text about hunting and killing "deplorables" for sport and the text goes viral, with conspiracy theorists and other online liberal-haters believing it and creating a scandal which gets all of them fired in order to protect the reputations of the progressive corporations they work for. So they decide to kidnap 12 of the people whose online attacks got them fired, and actually hunt and kill them for sport.

  1. The Pest (1997)

A con man runs lets a neo-Nazi hunt him for sport in order to win 50 grand if he survives.

  1. The Eliminator (2004)

An ex-Navy Seal is brought to an island where he and six others are forced to compete in a survival game in which heavily-armed men hunt them to the death, with the last survivor winning millions of dollars.

A teenage schoolgirl is kidnapped and hunted by someone with a crossbow.

  1. Bloodlust! (1961)

Teenagers on vacation boat out to an island inhabited by a rich man who enjoys hunting and killing anyone who lands on his island.

  1. Naked Fear (2007)

A woman forced to work in a strip club is kidnapped, drugged and released nude in the wilderness. She is given a fifteen minute start before she will be hunted to her death by a man who hunts and kills strippers and prostitutes.

  1. 31 (2016)

Each Halloween, several sick rich people send masked henchmen to abduct 5 innocent people, drug them, give them numbers and weapons, then leave them to wake up in a large building in which they are forced to try to stay alive for 12 hours in a game called "31." In the game they are hunted to the death by various hired killers who the contestants can try to kill. The rich people dress in fancy costumes as they are attended to by nude young women. They watch the action, calculate the odds of each contestant's survival, then make bets on the outcome. If they survive 12 hours the contestants are told they will be set free. But they are not told for how long...

  1. Guns Akimbo (2019)

In Shrapnel City an internet gang called Skizm runs a game filmed by drones in which teams of violent criminals hunt each other and fight to the death to entertain millions of online viewers.

  1. Bacurau (2019)

An organized group of racist white tourists from the U.S.A. pay a Brazilian politician to cut off the water supply, close the roads, and let them hunt and kill everyone in a small rural Brazilian village, for sport. The hunters use a sophisticated communication system with drones to keep track of the points they earn for each kill they make using their own personal vintage weapons. But the villagers pull together and dig up a cache of their own vintage weapons and they become the hunters.

  1. Gamer (2009)

The brains of death row convicts are modified to allow gamers to control them in a real life first-person shooter game called Slayer that has them using real weapons to hunt and kill other living players who are trying to kill them, all of which is broadcast to a large pay-per-view audience.
